Manchester activists are involved in the organisation of the Heathrow Climate Camp, held on the site of the proposed second runway.

Manchester also organises a “neigbhourhood” at the camp where people can camp and organise with people who live near them.

Over x,000 people attend the mass action; there are many more smaller actions, including a blockade of the freight terminal where exotic fruit, vegetables and flowers are imported.
