May 1995 - Fresh Air Now hang banner from Town Hall extension

As part of their campaign aimed at a 30 per cent reduction in city-centre traffic by the end of the year, Fresh Air Now do a banner drop from the Town Hall extension. They issue a fake announcement, purporting to come from the Council, that Cross Street is being pedestrianised and tape off four city centre car parks.
