1st May 2094 - Earth First! Action Update

Earth First! Action Update was the paper newsletter for the Earth First! network. It was first published in Autumn 1991 – before there was a Manchester Earth First! group – but later – in 1993 and 1994, as well as at other periods, the Manchester EF! group took on the role of editing, publishing and distributing the newsletter. Action Update was a vital part of the EF! network because in the absence of any head office or HQ it was the main means of new of upcoming events and past actions, as well as providing a directory of local groups. The postal address for AU in 1993 and 1994 was the One World Centre, then in Newton St, near Piccadilly Station.
